Your ordering process and customer service were both exceptional. I ordered online, where everything was very straightforward and simple to understand. After placing my order I called in w/ some questions regarding the time my product would take to be delivered - Although it was in 'in stock' item, it required painting. The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely helpful, and gave me what I needed. She went on to suggest I call her back in a few days for an update on shipping status.

When I started the construction project for the granite counter tops, I had no idea where to buy the brackets needed to support the granite. I found your site on the internet and made a phone call. The first person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to provide some very helpful information about the type and number of brackets needed for my application. Even though it was after closing hours, he spent quite some time on the phone with me.

While awaiting counter top fabrication and installation, we used 3/8" x 3-1/2" lag bolts to fasten the vertical legs of the L brackets to the island wall. These bolts go through the 5/8" plywood sheathing on the wall face and well into the underlying 2" x 4" studs. Once the 5/8" plywood decking was installed we tested to see if there was any deflection in the plywood or brackets. There was none; everything was very, very solid. When the counter top installation team arrived they were impressed by the strength of your brackets as were the porcelain tile installers. They wanted to know where I got them; I gave both crews your company's name...We are very pleased with the outcome. Better yet family, friends and neighbors have been saying "wow".
