How Purchasing a Gift Certificate Works:
The base value of the Gift Certificate product listed below is $1. Using the quantity field, put the value of Gift Certificate you'd like to purchase and add it to cart. Once in the cart, specify the name you want on the certificate in the notes section of the cart before checking out. If only purchasing a Gift Certificate (no products) please select Shipping Collect to remove shipping fees.

Once your order is processed, an email will be sent to you with the certificate attached. The Certificate will have your name (or any other name specified in the notes section of the cart) and a unique code that is good for one use only when making a purchase on Federal Brace.
