We make every effort to provide the customer with information necessary for review of the part's design for form, fit and function before ordering and production of the parts.

Federal Brace will accept returns based on the following criteria:

• Brackets were not customized when ordered.
• Brackets were not altered after receiving.
• Quality Defects.
• All returns will require a 25% restocking fee.
• 100% Credit of fee on a reorder.
