The countertop posts bearing plate kits are for helping disburse the weight under the base counter on counter mounted post support installations. An elevated countertop creates a lot of weight for your post supports to hold and while our counter mounted posts supports are strong enough hold the weight, the weakest part is the tiny bolt holding them down under the countertop.

The Post Mounting kit is stainless steel and comes with 3 bearing plates (round or square) and 3 bolts that insert into the threaded post.  Bolts are 3/8" x 3".
