Return Policy

Return Policy

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your products. Unfortunately, we cannot take back supports that have been altered in any way. Custom manufactured products cannot be returned. Make sure the Return / Exchange Form is filled out completely and enclosed with your return shipment. This will help with processing your return and proper refunding. We are here to help so if you have any questions please give us a call.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To return any product purchased from Federal Brace you will be required to follow the procedure that apply to your circumstances, listed below:

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Federal Brace to obtain the Return Exchange Form

  2. Print and fill out the form. Return the form in your package.

Damages in shipping and manufacturers defects:

Errors do happen and although we have some of the best inspection people around, a defective product may still get out. We are sorry if this happened to you and we want to make sure and handle your return properly. If returning a defective part you will want to make sure to take care when package the return. Damage in return shipping can potentially alter defective returns in such a manner that they are not returnable. Notice of return need to happen within 30 days of order receipt. We will arrange the shipping of your damaged merchandise back to Federal Brace and will re-issue a replacement order after inspection of the part.

Customer Choice return:

For all returns excluding damages and defects you must repackage the order using the items’ original packaging materials assuring that the product is suitable for shipping. You are responsible to ship the order back to Federal Brace. You may use the shipping carrier that is most convenient for you. You are required to contact Federal Brace about the return within 30 days of receiving of your order. Merchandise returned for customer convenience is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Cancelled orders

Please note that all sales orders placed for custom product or made to order product may be subject to a cancellation fee. Fee is determined by status of project at the time of cancellation.
