The Month of Federal Brace

Celebrating 250 Years of American Ingenuity

This May, we’re taking a step back to look at something bigger than any one product or project.

For 250 years, the United States has been shaped by builders, makers, and problem-solvers. From the earliest foundations of the country to the innovations of today, progress has always depended on those willing to create something that lasts.

At Federal Brace, that idea is at the core of everything we do.

Throughout the month, we’ll be highlighting four distinct eras of American history, each representing a different phase of growth, innovation, and craftsmanship. Along the way, we’ll be sharing new product releases, promotions, and a few surprises.

Along with supporting America's 250th birthday, we are also proud to endorse the Build America, Buy America Act. LEARN MORE as an American-Made goods company supporting American jobs and commerce.

Week 1

1776–1838

Foundations of a Nation

We begin where it all started.

The Foundation of Our Nation - The Month of Federal Brace

This era marks the founding of the United States, a time defined by bold ideas, hard work, and the building of something entirely new. The structures may have been simple, but the principles behind them were anything but.

Strong foundations mattered then, and they still do today.

To kick things off, every Federal Brace order placed during the month of May will receive a free gift. A small way to celebrate the freedom and opportunity that started it all.

Week 2

1839–1900

Expansion and Industry

As the country grew, so did the need for smarter, stronger ways to build.

Railroads stretched across the landscape, connecting cities and opening new possibilities. With that expansion came new challenges. Longer spans, heavier loads, and greater demand for reliability.

This was a turning point in how things were built. Strength and consistency became essential.

During this week, we’ll be introducing new floating shelf solutions designed to support longer runs while maintaining a clean, modern look. Because even today, expansion still requires better support.

Week 3

1901–1963

Strength in Steel

The early 20th century brought rapid industrial growth and global challenges that demanded more than ever before.

Factories scaled production. Materials improved. Engineering became more precise. Strength was no longer optional. It was expected.

This mindset still defines how we approach building today.

In Week 3, we’ll focus on the importance of strength, durability, and reliability in modern projects. From hidden supports to heavy-duty applications, it’s a reminder that the most important elements are often the ones you don’t see.

Week 4

1964–2026

Built for What’s Next

The tools have changed. The materials have evolved. The possibilities have expanded.

But the need to build has remained the same.

From modern kitchens to custom spaces, today’s builds demand solutions that are both strong and refined. Clean lines, hidden strength, and dependable performance are no longer luxuries. They are expectations.

As we close out the month, we’ll be looking forward. Highlighting how far we’ve come, and where building is headed next.
