The Carrier support is a plate with a cross bar attached to provide additional support will still remaining virtually invisible. These braces require additional support from a knee wall or cabinet but can support more weight on the end of the counter than regular plate brackets can.

NOTE:   The stated length of these brackets is the actual length the support extends under the countertop overhang.  The part in its full length includes an additional 4" that will extend over the 2x4 half wall or other substructure surface for fastening into the support structure.  For full length of the Carrier Countertop Brace please add 4" to the stated length in the Product description.  For further information view the spec sheet on the Carrier Countertop Brace.
